Penance or Reconciliation

Through penance, the faithful receive pardon through God's mercy for the sins they have committed. At the same time, they are reconciled with the Church community. The confession, or disclosure, of sins frees us and facilitates our reconciliation with others.

Confessions are heard from 3:30pm-4:45pm each Saturday at St. Joachim.  Appointments can also be scheduled at other times upon request by calling the parish office at (573) 438-6181 or by emailing the office at stjoachimparish@hotmail.com.
